Our Commitment to Privacy
Privacy is not just our product it's our principle. This Privacy Policy explains how Zupra collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Platform. Given our commitment to decentralization and privacy, our approach differs significantly from traditional services.
Core Privacy Principle:
Zupra collects the absolute minimum data necessary for Platform functionality. We cannot access your funds, we do not track your identity, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
1. Information We Collect
When you interact with Zupra's smart contracts, the following data is recorded on the Solana blockchain:
- Your wallet address(es)
- Transaction amounts and fees
- Transaction timestamps
- Smart contract interactions
Important: This data is not collected by Zupra it's inherent to blockchain technology. It's publicly visible, permanent, and cannot be deleted, modified, or restricted by Zupra or anyone else.
When you visit our website, we may collect:
- Technical Information: Browser type, device type, operating system
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, interactions (anonymized)
- Network Information: IP address (not stored long-term)
This data is collected through standard web technologies and is used solely to improve Platform performance and user experience. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
When you connect your wallet:
- We access your public wallet address to display balances and enable transactions
- We never access, store, or transmit your private keys
- Wallet connection is managed locally in your browser
- You maintain full control over your assets at all times
Zupra does NOT collect:
- Personal identifying information (name, email, phone number) unless voluntarily provided
- KYC/identity verification documents
- Payment information (all payments are blockchain-based)
- Browsing history or cross-site tracking data
- Geolocation data beyond country-level for compliance
- Biometric information
2. How We Use Information
The minimal data we collect is used exclusively for:
- Platform Operation: Enabling smart contract interactions and displaying transaction data
- Security: Detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, or malicious activity
- Performance: Monitoring and improving Platform performance and reliability
- Compliance: Meeting legal and regulatory obligations where required
- Communication: Responding to user inquiries (only if you contact us)
We do not use your information for:
- Advertising or marketing
- Selling or sharing with third parties
- Creating user profiles for commercial purposes
- Cross-platform tracking
3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
Zupra does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers
We may share data with service providers who assist in Platform operation (hosting, analytics, security). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure safety.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections.

Blockchain Data Exception: Data recorded on the Solana blockchain (wallet addresses, transactions) cannot be deleted or modified by anyone, including Zupra. This is inherent to blockchain technology's immutability.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Zupra uses minimal cookies and tracking technologies:
Essential Cookies
Required for Platform functionality:

- Wallet connection state
Analytics Cookies (Optional)
Help us improve the Platform:
- Anonymized usage patterns
- Performance metrics
- Error tracking
You can disable these through your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
We do NOT use: Third-party advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking mechanisms.
7. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services:
- Wallet Providers: Phantom, Solflare, etc. (each has its own privacy policy)
- Blockchain Explorers: Solscan, Solana Beach (public blockchain data viewers)
- RPC Providers: For blockchain connectivity and transaction broadcasting
These third parties operate independently and have their own privacy policies. Zupra is not responsible for their privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their policies before use.
8. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary:
- Website Data: Retained for up to 90 days, then anonymized or deleted
- Blockchain Data: Permanent and immutable (not controlled by Zupra)
- Support Communications: Retained for 2 years for legal compliance
- Security Logs: Retained for 1 year for security analysis
9. International Data Transfers
Zupra operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including:
- Standard contractual clauses approved by regulatory authorities
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take steps to remove their access and delete any collected information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through Platform notifications.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
